proof that it's fake: it's in world net daily.

it's essentially a christian fundamentalist tabloid.

There's no way it's true. if it is true, it's against the law and the actions of a few people are not the actions of a whole.

once born a baby has the same rights as anyone else, including the right to life saving medical attention.

'"The injection burned a lot as it went in. ... The discomfort was distracting. I still felt the 'lams' as they were being inserted. Dr. Perper told me to relax my muscles and noted that my cervix was slightly soft. I asked him what that meant and he said it was good."'

What burned? Did they give her valium or inject her with valium? Laminaria tents aren't that uncomfortable; it's a bit of pressure. They don't burn.

'Digoxin is a drug injected into an unborn baby to cause his or her heart to stop in preparation for what amounts to a stillborn birth. Angele says despite having asked for it, she did not receive the digoxin injection, which she surmises caused the baby to be born alive.

Referring to the digoxin injection, Angele told WND: "They didn't do it."'

This makes little sense to me. If she was distracted how can she be sure?

If everything was dirty, and smelled horrible, and cold, she should have left to go to a hospital.

I can find NOTHING on this case (interesting she won't use her last name, and hasn't appeared to go to ANY news source aside from WND) aside from pro life groups and the law firm representing her - Liberty Counsel.

This is the Liberty Counsel wiki:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_Counsel

"Liberty Counsel is a non-profit public interest law firm and ministry that provides free legal assistance in defense of Christian religious liberty, the sanctity of human life, and the traditional family.[1]"

hardly objective, hardly non biased, hardly credible.

"A close partnership exists between Liberty University and Liberty Counsel. Liberty University was founded by the Rev. Jerry Falwell."

Jerry Falwell? Please.

Some of their literature/writings:

-Same-Sex Marriage - Putting Every Household at Risk
-Eternal Vigilance - Knowing and Protecting Your Religious Freedom

"Liberty Counsel has been criticized for "intolerant" and "excessive" tactics in pursuit of their causes[11], including threatening legal action against a public library for awarding certificates involving Harry Potter books, because "the certificate of witchcraft endorsed a particular religion".[12]"
