I have had sleep problems ever since I was diagnosed in October last year. I never feel sleepy enough to sleep (I feel exhausted though all the time) even though my docs swears that I will get to the point of sleeping all the time! 6 months later I sleep worse now than before! I have Hashi's...What has your doctor told you?
