Has/is anyone on this drug for pain from pkd?
I have just started and will increase dose over the next 3 weeks.

It will take me 2 more weeks to get upto full dose so until then i cant tell. I have also been given fentinil lollies for my severe pain but as it says only 2 in 24hrs i wont hold my breath as when the cysts bleed/burst it lasts about a week and have iv diamorphine. This is all to do with my veins being gone in my arms/hands and feet and on every admission have to use my central veins for acess and if they go ill be in trouble.

Also for the pain i am going to try a lumber block temp at first moving on to a permanant one if it works..just waiting on apt.
