I was thrilled to find this group. I was diagnosed 3 years ago and find that one of the biggest problems is lack of discussion about the disease. In general I seem to always be in a small flare, but it has so much become a normal part of my day, that I now feel that I am not paying enough attention to what my body is telling me. I take Salofalk and have just recently started to limit the amount of whey I have in my diet. It seems to have helped some. Going out in hard due to the urgency. I also have no energy. I work 12 hr shifts and somedays it is all I can do to get through it. I find I have more energy in the evenings and I am wondering if that is normal. I used to exercise a lot and know that it would be benifical but just don't seem to have enough energy when I would have to time to do it. I look forward to reading the posts and hopefully will gain more knowledge and emotional support
