1. You lack "me" time - Taking care of everybody and everything else in your life may mean that you're not attending to your own needs, which can stress you out. A Univeristy of Florida study found that mental stress increased the risk of feath for heart-disease patients threefold.
2. You eat the wrong kinds of fat
3. You think that your good lifestyle choices counteract your bad ones - Eating lots of fruits and vegetables or being at you're target weight can't compensate for not exercising or for smoking.
4. You skimp on dairy - A recent Harvard study found that people who consumed more than 3 servings of lowfat milk a day were 36% less likely to have high blood pressure than those who had less than half a serving.
5. You don't read nutrition labels closely
