i have suffered with crohns disease for the past five years and have suffered from many flare ups but it still doesnt make it any easier. Everytime i have a flare up i end up on steriods and it really gets me down. Anyone got any ideas for things that help.

I don't think there is much that can control it - its the nature of the disease :( I've read that you should try and work out if there is something causing the flare-ups (i.e. keep a food diary etc) , but otherwise unfortunately it is just one of those things.
